Restore Technology is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to oversee the daily operations of assigned Partner accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across the Partner network
- Make regular visits to Partners to enhance the visibility and impact of the brand
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline, including monthly revenue and margin forecasting
- Identify and capitalise on strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities within the business
- Lead the preparation and delivery of quotes, RFIs, and tender responses
- Collaborate with Service Delivery and Operations departments to ensure seamless account management
About You:
- Previous experience in IT Channel Sales
- A proven track record in account management, particularly in driving business growth
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and diligence
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong commercial awareness with a keen eye for spotting opportunities
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in accurate forecasting of opportunities and revenues
