About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Alexander Mae (Bristol) Ltd. as a Customer Service Coordinator on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address and respond to customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding to customers
  • Liaise with internal departments to build strong working relationships and ensure seamless communication
  • Issue instructions to subcontractors and follow up to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns
  • Update customer databases and track outstanding remedial works
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the team
Requirements
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a building or facilities management environment
  • Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations with tact and professionalism
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in using software applications
  • Calm and cheerful personality, with a sense of humor
  • Good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Polite, tactful, and assertive attitude, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
