The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer concerns and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Issue instructions to contractors and follow up to ensure prompt resolution
- Update customer records and databases
- Perform general administrative duties
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
- Good IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000, 28 days annual leave, and a range of benefits, including private healthcare, a company contributory pension scheme, and a cycle to work scheme.
Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a 45-minute lunch break and an earlier finish on Fridays.
