The Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer concerns and issues in a professional and empathetic manner. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution
  • Issuing instructions to contractors and subcontractors to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
  • Updating customer records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Performing general administrative duties to support the team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and experience
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution
  • Issue instructions to contractors and subcontractors
  • Update customer records and databases
  • Perform general administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Working Hours:
