Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation and Presentation

Prepare high-quality food that delights our customers and meets our company's standards.

Visual Merchandising

Create attractive food and counter displays that showcase our products and enhance the customer experience.

Customer Service

Represent One Retail and maintain a positive brand image by providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Cash Handling and Operations

Handle cash and operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, and comply with all relevant cash handling and operating procedures.

Food Safety and Hygiene

Comply with all relevant food safety and hygiene standards and regulations to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and colleagues.

Health and Safety

Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and colleagues.
