About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Administrator FM to join our Facilities Management team at the Eric Wright Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that service delivery is maintained at a high standard, and managing reactive, planned, and remedial tasks from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise and manage tasks, including Purchase Orders for reactive works
  • Monitor and action task completions, and communicate with the supply chain for updates
  • Deal with client queries and questions, and support in the compilation of monthly client reports
  • Undertake cross-functional duties, including raising tasks and respective Purchase Orders for reactive works
  • Manage remedial works, and ensure that all tasks are raised and managed
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Positive 'can do' attitude, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Confidence, adaptability, focus, and a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication
  • Knowledge of facilities management, with experience of PFI/BSF/LiFT contracts an advantage
