About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Administrator FM to join our Facilities Management team at the Eric Wright Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that service delivery is kept to a high standard, and managing reactive, planned, and remedial tasks from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise tasks and respective Purchase Orders for reactive works
  • Monitor and manage all tasks completions
  • Communicate with our supply chain for updates on task completions and request evidence to prove compliance
  • Deal with queries and questions from our clients
  • Support in the compilation of monthly client reports

To be successful in this role, you will need to have exceptional customer service skills, be confident, adaptable, focused, organized, and have a high level of attention to detail. You will also need to be driven and enthusiastic in achieving the very best that you can and strive to improve your performance through continuous improvement.
