We are currently seeking an Office Coordinator (Systems) to join our team.

In this role, you will oversee the management of all administrative systems and assist in coordinating site operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a permanent, part-time position requiring 22 hours per week from 8am to 12:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 12pm Friday. The annual salary is £17,887.30 (pro-rated from the full-time equivalent of £30,000).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing deposits and refunds
  • Supporting the procurement of goods and services through the purchasing system
  • Maintaining statutory and compliance records
  • Gathering information for reporting purposes
  • Operating the room booking system
  • Managing the property management database
  • Communicating with residents and addressing inquiries
  • Covering front reception duties as necessary
  • Liaising with university administrative departments and central functions
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives
