FUNKIN COCKTAILS On-Trade Sales Representative

Location: Field Based - Full time role

Salary: Starting £28,000 subject to experience, plus Quarterly Bonus, plus Car Provision

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a passionate advocate for FUNKIN, enhancing visibility and distribution in on-trade venues, particularly within the independent free trade sector.
  • Elevate the FUNKIN brand in on-premise locations through engaging bartender-focused activations and training sessions.
  • Identify and cultivate new account opportunities independently and in collaboration with our Route To Market partners.
  • Work alongside the trade marketing team to execute regional marketing strategies within your account base.
  • Implement point-of-sale materials and FUNKIN marketing collateral in outlets.
  • Collaborate with spirit partners to support accounts and boost sales performance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Current or recent experience in the On-Trade sector, particularly in bars, is essential.
  • Ability to engage with bar staff and managers with confidence and expertise.
  • A solid understanding of cocktails and mixology is preferred, with training available for those needing further development.
  • Connections with key Route To Market customers will be advantageous.
  • An energetic and dynamic personality.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within the Sales Team and across departments.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for identifying business opportunities.
