Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

Role Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various projects and analyses, primarily collaborating with team leaders and other personnel within the diocesan office, as well as across the diocese.
Candidate Profile:

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in delivering high-level administrative support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate needs clearly and garner support from colleagues to achieve objectives.
- Demonstrated initiative in exceeding expectations, whether through professional experience, volunteer work, travel, or personal pursuits.
- A genuine passion for supporting the church's mission and a commitment to fostering a community where individuals can know, love, and follow Jesus.
Organizational Vision:
The Diocese aims to assist individuals within the community in their spiritual journey.
Work Environment:
Based in Hove, this role serves the Diocese, which encompasses over 360 parishes and 155 church schools, along with the broader community. This position is ideal for someone who aligns with the values, goals, and mission of the Diocese and the Church of England.
Additional Benefits:
