About the Role

Network My Club is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Executive to enhance membership and event participation within a designated territory.

Your primary responsibility will be to actively pursue new business opportunities with small and medium-sized enterprises, focusing on our networking events held at various prestigious venues.

This position offers significant potential for professional growth as you contribute to our ambitious expansion plans throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving membership and event sales initiatives within your territory
  • Actively sourcing and generating leads that align with our target market
  • Guiding prospects through the membership journey
  • Overseeing your individual sales pipeline
  • Employing diverse sales techniques to achieve targets
  • Participating in Network My Club events in your area
  • Engaging in external networking opportunities and exhibitions
  • Consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated sales success - with a minimum of 2 years of experience, a knack for generating leads, and a strong closing ability.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented - adept at navigating objections and driven by the thrill of exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional networking skills - a natural conversationalist who can effortlessly build rapport and relationships at all levels.
  • Highly organized and disciplined - comfortable managing multiple sales opportunities in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communicator - capable of engaging with senior stakeholders through various channels, including phone, email, and video.
  • Committed to continuous improvement - willing to learn and embrace the systems and tools used by the team.
