Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced customer-facing professional to join our team as an Area Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for buying cars while ensuring the efficient running of our branch and being the main point of contact for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and branch goals.
Requirements
- A current full UK manual driving license.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
