We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to cultivate a robust sales pipeline targeting our ideal clients through strategic outbound prospecting. This position will report to the Team Manager of Account Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with leading global brands.
  • Enhance renewal rates through effective relationship management.
  • Oversee client interactions to boost engagement and product utilization, aiming to surpass commercial objectives.
  • Identify and pursue up-sell opportunities to foster new business growth through increased advocacy and reference-ability.
  • Impact future lifetime value by promoting higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall engagement.

This role is ideal for candidates who possess:

  • Fluency in French
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management in customer-facing roles, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing Enterprise accounts.
  • A strong grasp of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • The capacity to influence, adeptly handle objections, and resolve client concerns.
  • Proven success in client-direct sales and/or account management, particularly in complex consultative sales processes.
  • Experience engaging with senior management of prospective organizations.
  • A deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • A collaborative spirit, able to effectively engage with colleagues and business partners across the organization.
