Community Engagement Manager

Role Overview:

As a Community Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere within our innovation hub. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the experience of our members by creating a supportive and interactive environment that encourages networking and collaboration among technology and digital enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Development: Nurture a vibrant and productive workspace that promotes collaboration and innovation.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and execute a series of events tailored to the interests and needs of our community members.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with members, understanding their requirements and facilitating partnerships.
  • Resource Facilitation: Guide members towards relevant resources, connections, and support services to help them thrive.
  • Feedback Mechanisms: Implement regular feedback channels to continuously improve our offerings and member satisfaction.

Membership Management:

  • Marketing Initiatives: Promote the coworking space through various channels to attract new members.
  • Onboarding Process: Ensure new members are welcomed and integrated into the community effectively.
  • Member Retention: Develop strategies to keep existing members engaged and satisfied with their experience.
  • Business Growth: Drive new membership opportunities and ensure financial targets are met through additional services.
  • Conflict Management: Address and resolve any disputes or issues within the community promptly.

General Management Duties:

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the budget effectively, ensuring all financial operations are in line with our goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Community Coordinator to ensure all members receive the support they need.
  • System Management: Oversee the online membership and booking system to optimize its functionality.
  • Facility Management: Ensure the coworking space operates smoothly, including maintenance and supplier management.
  • External Relations: Maintain strong connections with the broader business ecosystem to enhance our community's offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A strong passion for community success and a commitment to fostering collaboration.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or community engagement.
  • Proven ability to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • A knack for networking and connecting individuals to valuable resources.
  • Experience in event planning and community outreach is a plus.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Basic project management and administrative skills.
  • Familiarity with technology and digital sectors is advantageous.
  • A genuine interest in the local community and a desire to promote its growth.
