They are currently in search of a Shopper Marketing Manager to spearhead their grocery channel, providing you with the chance to truly own this segment.

Compensation: £50,000 per annum

Incentive: 10% Bonus

Work Arrangement: 2 days per week in-office under a home-based contract

Key Responsibilities

The Shopper Activation Manager will be tasked with formulating and implementing shopper marketing strategies and initiatives that enhance shopper engagement and drive sales growth. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and retail landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in shopper marketing, exceptional project management capabilities, and the aptitude to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a marketing professional who is passionate about the grocery sector and has a keen understanding of its intricacies. You should be driven by new initiatives and eager to contribute to the successful launch of new products. Grocery experience is essential for this role, and we welcome applications from both Manager and Executive levels, with the primary focus on your motivation to excel.
