Community Engagement Manager

Role Overview:

As a Community Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment for our members within the coworking space. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the community experience by building strong relationships and facilitating collaboration among technology and digital enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Development:

  • Environment Creation: Establish a vibrant and productive atmosphere that encourages collaboration and innovation.
  • Event Management: Organize and execute a series of events tailored to the interests and needs of the community.
  • Relationship Building: Develop an understanding of member needs and promote partnerships among them.
  • Resource Facilitation: Connect members with relevant partners and support services to enhance their business objectives.
  • Feedback Mechanisms: Implement regular surveys and feedback loops to continuously improve member satisfaction.

Membership Oversight:

  • Marketing and Outreach: Actively promote the coworking space to attract new members through various channels.
  • Onboarding Process: Conduct tours for prospective members and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Member Retention: Develop strategies to keep existing members engaged and satisfied.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive new memberships and meet financial targets through additional services.
  • Conflict Management: Address and resolve any disputes within the community effectively.

General Operations:

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the budget and ensure financial responsibilities are met.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Community Coordinator to ensure effective support for members.
  • Membership System Management: Oversee the online membership platform to maximize its potential.
  • Facility Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the coworking space, including maintenance and supplies.
  • External Relations: Maintain connections with the broader business ecosystem to enhance community offerings.
