Are you ready to take charge of the Shopper Marketing domain for a thriving Pet Food enterprise?

This remarkable Pet Food organization has experienced impressive growth in recent years, boasting over 350 employees and generating more than £100 million in revenue. They proudly support 16 leading pet brands, bringing joy to countless homes across the UK.

They are currently in search of a Shopper Marketing Manager to spearhead their grocery channel, providing you with the chance to truly own this segment.

Compensation: £50,000 per annum

Incentive: 10% Bonus

Benefits: Pension and Healthcare

Work Arrangement: 2 days per week in the office on a home-based contract

Role Responsibilities

The Shopper Activation Manager will be tasked with formulating and implementing shopper marketing strategies and initiatives that enhance shopper engagement and drive sales growth. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and retail landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history in shopper marketing, exceptional project management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a marketing professional with a passion for grocery who understands the market landscape. You should be driven by new initiatives and eager to contribute to the success of new product developments. Grocery experience is essential for this role, and we welcome applications from both Manager and Executive levels, with motivation and a desire to succeed being the key attributes.
