We are hiring on behalf of a leading innovator in the home improvements sector, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join the marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and foster strong relationships with our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and sales data to identify opportunities and optimise trade marketing activities.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Plan and execute product launches, trade shows, and other promotional events.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company guidelines across all trade marketing materials and activities.
Qualifications:
  • Degree Educated
  • Experience in trade marketing, sales, or retail marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
