They are currently in search of a Shopper Marketing Manager to spearhead their grocery sector, providing you with the chance to truly own this pivotal area.

Compensation: £50,000 per annum

Incentive: 10% Bonus

Role Responsibilities

The Shopper Marketing Manager will be tasked with crafting and implementing shopper marketing strategies and initiatives that enhance shopper engagement and drive sales growth. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and retail settings. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in shopper marketing, exceptional project management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Candidate Profile

We seek a marketing professional with a passion for grocery and a keen understanding of the market landscape. You should be driven by new initiatives and eager to support the launch of new products. Grocery experience is essential for this role, and we welcome applications from both Manager and Executive levels, with motivation and a desire to excel being the primary criteria.
