Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed, enthusiastic, and motivated Clinical Support Worker Higher Level to work in the Urgent and Emergency Care Centre supporting the team on SDEC.
Responsibilities include assisting nursing staff in providing direct patient care, assessment processes, and personal and professional development.
Main Duties of the Job
- Admitting patients, recording observations
- Providing care following care plans
- Accurately recording clinical observations
- Assessing patient care needs
- Assisting with patient meals
- Completing clinical skills like phlebotomy
- Assisting with data entry and documentation
- Escorting and transferring patients
- Maintaining stock and cleanliness
- Participating in supervision and conflict resolution
