Clinical Support Worker Higher Level

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Support Worker Higher Level to join our team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work within our busy operating theatre department, assisting and caring for patients undergoing surgery.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and support theatre staff in the preparation and maintenance of the operating theatre environment.
- Provide high-quality patient care and support during surgical procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the theatre team to ensure smooth and efficient operating theatre operations.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of surgical procedures and theatre protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic IT skills and experience of electronic patient records.
- Experience of working in a theatre environment or willingness to learn.
