We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Worker/Clinical Support Worker Higher Level to join our multidisciplinary team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with nursing assistants, clerical support, and supporting the training of student nurses and volunteers. The post holder will demonstrate the Trust Values and Behaviours, adhering to the Trust Code of Conduct and the nursing and midwifery 6C's at all times.
Requirements- Numeracy and Literacy Level 2
- Care certificate
- Level 3 vocational qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience in a range of clinical care duties
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to adopt appropriate styles and methods of communication. Basic IT skills to use electronic patient records and other Trust systems are also essential.
