Clinical Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Worker to join our team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will be an active member of the multidisciplinary team, demonstrating a range of nursing skills to meet the needs of patients in a safe, caring environment that promotes dignity, privacy, and respect.
Main Responsibilities
- To be an active member of the multidisciplinary team, demonstrating a range of nursing skills to meet the needs of patients in a safe, caring environment that promotes dignity, privacy, and respect.
- To work with nursing assistants, clerical support, and support the training of student nurses and volunteers.
- To demonstrate the Trust Values and Behaviours and the Trust Code of Conduct and the nursing and midwifery 6C's at all times, acting in the best interests of patients and treating everyone with dignity and respect.
Requirements
- Numeracy and Literacy Level 2
- Care certificate
- Level 3 vocational qualification or Short courses and completion of competency workbook equivalent to Level 3 in a range of patient and clinical care duties and/or Equivalent knowledge and experience in a range of clinical care duties equivalent to Level 3;
