Clinical Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our multidisciplinary team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing team in a safe and caring environment.
Main Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver patient care and support the training of student nurses and volunteers.
- Develop knowledge and skills within the specialty and assist in the management and delivery of compassionate, high-quality patient care.
- Adhere to the Trust's values and behaviours, demonstrating a commitment to dignity, privacy, and respect for patients.
- Comply with all Trust policies, particularly those related to personal and patient safety, and the prevention of healthcare-associated infections.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Numeracy and Literacy Level 2 or equivalent.
- A Care Certificate within the 6-month probationary period.
- Level 3 vocational qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience in a range of clinical care duties.
