About the Role:

Our client, a prominent international organization committed to delivering extensive business solutions to partners globally, is seeking a Japanese Speaking Administrative Coordinator to join their general affairs division. This position serves as a maternity cover for a 12-month contract, offering a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering administrative assistance for team inquiries
  • Acting as the primary liaison for team members and clients, ensuring effective communication
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring efficient data management
  • Supporting departmental initiatives and coordinating significant events, including planning and execution
  • Serving as a resource for fellow administrative staff, assisting with office setup and managing supplies and budgets

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluency in both English and Japanese, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrated experience in office management or administrative support
  • Exhibiting a professional, approachable demeanor
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a strong team-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Availability to commence work immediately
