About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled LME Account Executive to join our team at People First. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Japanese-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day servicing of client accounts, with a focus on Japanese-speaking portfolios.
  • Interaction with clients via various communication channels, including electronic messaging.
  • Closely collaborate with our Tokyo sales team and contribute to the London sales team's efforts.
  • Expand business development opportunities through frequent travel and support European client coverage.
  • Produce daily Japanese trading reports for clients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English.
  • Experience in commodity and/or financial markets.
  • Ability to pass regulatory examinations and internal compliance and IT security training.
  • Capacity to handle high-pressure situations, both internally and externally.
  • Regular client visits, attendance at industry trade fairs and conferences.
  • Proficient knowledge of Eikon, Bloomberg, and LME Select.
