Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Speaking Relationship Manager to join our team at Centre People Appointments. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Japanese and Asian corporate clients, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance business relationships with Japanese and Asian corporate clients
  • Explore business opportunities and identify potential clients
  • Structure transactions and manage client relationships
  • Monitor client financial conditions and evaluate credit ratings
  • Review business plans and manage credit exposure
  • Control legal and business-related documents
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Develop banking relationships with key clients
  • Manage credit monitoring, credit applications, and other credit-related processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing in the financial industry
  • Good analysis skills, including B/S, PL, Cash Flow, Credit Rating, and Credit Applications
  • Good knowledge of corporate finance, project finance, trade finance, and treasury
  • Business-level fluency in English and Japanese
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Degree qualification and/or banking, ACT, or similar professional qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of financial products, including M&A, DCM, Acquisition Finance, and Trust
