A day in the life of a Sales Negotiator at haart will be fast-paced and challenging, with a focus on generating new and repeat business. You\u0027ll be responsible for:

* Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
* Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
* Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
* Canvassing the local area
* Door knocking and leaflet dropping
* Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

To succeed in this role, you\u0027ll need:

* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
* Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
* A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
* Ability to work under own initiative
* Good telephone manner
* Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
* Attention to detail
