Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and buyers to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to vendors and buyers.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, ensuring a fair and mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including property valuations and client communications.
  • Communication: Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to ensure a seamless sales process.

Requirements:
