The Role: Senior Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our successful residential sales team in Leicester. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing properties, liaising with clients, and negotiating sales.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Marketing properties effectively to attract potential buyers
  • Building strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Negotiating sales agreements and ensuring a smooth transaction process
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team targets and goals
