Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Professional to join our team at Spencers, a well-established estate agency in the Leicestershire, Rutland, and Rugby property markets.

About the Role

The main purpose of this role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales, and progress sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion
  • Optimise opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
