Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our residential lettings team in Leicester as a Trainee Estate Agent / Lettings Negotiator.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position that offers a comprehensive training and development program, enabling you to learn all aspects of residential lettings and progress to a Lettings Negotiator role within our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress them through to exchange and completion

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales professional
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
