Job Title: HR Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Analyst to join our team at Culina Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing reporting and analytics for the People function using data from the HR systems on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide reporting and analytics for the People function using data from the HR systems.
  • Work in partnership with HR and IT teams to identify HR system improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to interpret and analyse data trends.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver the monthly reporting schedule.
  • Produce and interpret large volumes of data to identify trends and variances.
  • Understand and adhere to internal processes while striving for continuous improvement.
  • Process organizational structure changes in the selected HR system.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of using i-trent.
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • HR system and SAP Success Factors System is highly desirable.
  • Experience and understanding of other HR systems is desirable.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy while working to deadlines is a requirement.
