We are seeking a skilled HR Analyst to join our team at Stobart. As a key player in the production and delivery of our people metrics and data reporting, you will be responsible for providing reporting and analytics for the People function using data from the HR systems on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing reporting and analytics for the People function using data from the HR systems
  • Working in partnership with HR and IT teams to identify HR system improvements
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners to interpret and analyse data trends
  • Developing, maintaining, and delivering the monthly reporting schedule
  • Producing and interpreting large volumes of data to identify trends and variances

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of using i-trent
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • HR system and SAP Success Factors System experience is highly desirable
