As a key player in the production and delivery of people metrics and data reporting, you will work closely with the HR and IT teams to identify HR system improvements and create better data reporting.

Responsibilities:

* Provide reporting and analytics for the People function using data from the HR systems on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis
* Work in partnership with HR and IT teams to identify HR system improvements
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners to interpret and analyze data trends
* Develop, maintain, and deliver the monthly reporting schedule
* Produce and interpret large volumes of data to identify trends and variances
* Understand and adhere to internal processes
* Maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures

Requirements:

* Previous experience of using i-trent
* Advanced skill level in Microsoft office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
* HR system and SAP Success Factors System is highly desirable
* Experience and understanding of other HR systems
* Ability to work autonomously and within the wider HR team
* Excellent communication skills
