Job Purpose

As an L&D Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of our people. You will partner with business leaders to identify and deliver tailored learning and development initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Talent Development: Partner with business leaders to develop and deliver effective talent development strategies that support employee growth and engagement.
  • L&D Program Design: Design and implement learning and development programs that support employee growth and engagement.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive talent management initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Learning Materials and Resources: Develop and maintain learning materials and resources that support employee growth and engagement.
  • External Partnerships: Source and manage external learning and development providers that meet our needs.
  • Career Development and Succession Planning: Support career development and succession planning initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a senior-level business partnering role within learning and development.
  • Talent Development Principles: Strong understanding of talent development principles and practices.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • L&D Program Design: Experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs.
  • Psiometrics and Talent Assessment Tools: Knowledge of psychometrics and talent assessment tools, particularly Insights.
  • Professional Qualifications: Chartered CIPD qualification or equivalent (advantageous).
