Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will provide business segment expertise within commercial and financial approval sign off for new orders and pricing.
- Manage overdues, invoice queries, and customer relationships to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Control business performance against monthly rolling forecasts for Sales, EBIT, and cash, identifying and closing any gaps and improvements in accuracy.
- Regularly review the balance sheet to ensure financial stability.
- Attend customer meetings as part of the business partnering process.
- Participate in monthly meetings to drive performance and analysis of depots P&L's and sales.
- Provide business commentary for Senior Directors to highlight business trends.
- Implement process improvements of finance processes and systems.
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong commercial skills.
- Advanced Excel and analysis skills.
- A competitive salary of circa £69,000 - £72,000 plus a generous bonus scheme.
- Flexible hybrid working.

- Initially a 12-month contract, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position.
