Finance Business Partner Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join a well-established team as a Finance Business Partner, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and success.

About the Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for owning and analyzing P&L areas across multiple sites, working with the business to understand financial performance and key variances. You will also be involved in Capex investment analysis and month-end processes, collaborating with the Management Accounts team to forecast and budget.

Your role will involve challenging stakeholders on their thinking, taking them on a journey from a finance perspective, and providing analysis on market impacts and commodity prices. You will need to build strong relationships with business stakeholders and be able to communicate complex financial information to non-finance individuals.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar, commercially focused role
  • Finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-finance stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as manufacturing or retail, is beneficial
