Facilities Support Coordinator - FM Provider

CBW is seeking a dedicated Facilities Support Coordinator to enhance our team in the Facilities Management sector. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to contribute to a dynamic environment.

Working Hours / Details:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • Shifts alternate
  • Office-based position
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications to support the facilities operations, ensuring professionalism at all times.
  • Oversee and maintain the FM Helpdesk Inbox.
  • Coordinate reactive service requests and help desk operations.
  • Open and close service requests efficiently.
  • Review and allocate tasks to Engineers based on daily job submissions.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accurate documentation for maintenance visits.
  • Assist Office & Contract Managers in achieving departmental goals through effective administration.
  • Address any queries that may arise during operations.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Engage in daily follow-ups and communication.
  • Initiate corrective maintenance tasks following the completion of planned maintenance.
  • Organize daily responsibilities to ensure all essential tasks are completed.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Help Desk operations.
  • Familiarity with Facilities Management.
  • Strong background in General Administration.
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems.
