In the role of Golf Services Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating the efficient operation of our golf facility. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, such as welcoming golfers, overseeing tee time management, assisting with golf equipment rentals, responding to inquiries, and providing top-notch customer service to our members and guests. This position presents an exciting opportunity to engage in a vibrant and fast-paced environment while playing a vital role in the success of our golf facility.

Key Qualifications

  • A genuine enthusiasm for golf along with a fundamental understanding of the sport.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities with a warm and approachable attitude.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with the aptitude to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with golfers and team members.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with golf management software.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
