About the Role:

The Club at Mill Green is seeking a dedicated and motivated Golf Operations Assistant to support the smooth operation of our golf facility. As a Golf Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless experience of our members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for tasks such as checking in golfers, managing tee times, assisting with golf equipment rentals, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of our golf facility.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for golf and a basic knowledge of the sport. You must also have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, and basic computer skills. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, is also essential.
