Campus Services Assistant Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with logistical tasks such as relocating offices and moving equipment
- Distributing mail and supplies across the campus
- Assisting with the installation of signage
- Conducting various assessments as requested by the Facilities Team
- Supporting event preparation and breakdown
- Engaging in large-scale relocation projects and space management activities
Candidate Profile:
The successful applicant should demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, possess the ability to adhere to schedules while showing initiative, and work effectively both collaboratively and independently. Essential skills include manual handling, meticulous attention to detail for assessments, a positive demeanor, and a readiness to assist with diverse tasks. A valid driving license is essential for this role.
Educational Background:
A minimum of GCSEs with grades C/4 or higher in Mathematics and English, relevant vocational training, or equivalent professional experience.
