Helpdesk Support Assistant - Facilities Management

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Helpdesk Support Assistant to join our team in Hertfordshire. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will provide administrative support to our engineers, contract managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Update paperwork on our system and client systems
  • Place callouts, raise purchase orders, and chase job reports
  • Liaise with clients to ensure proactive support of their requirements
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience in a similar environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Understanding of Health and Safety Legislation
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems
