Helpdesk Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Helpdesk Support Assistant to join our team at Apleona. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our engineers, contract managers, and clients.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and being the first point of contact for incoming calls
  • Updating paperwork on both our system and the client's system
  • Coordinating callouts, raising purchase orders, and chasing job reports
  • Liaising with the client team to ensure proactive support of their requirements

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our facilities management services. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • Good communication and numeracy skills
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Experience in a similar environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience in raising purchase orders
  • Understanding of Health and Safety Legislation
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems
  • Experience in coordinating specialist sub-contractor visits
