Helpdesk Administrator Job Opportunity

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Administrator to join their team. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, responding to queries, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide helpdesk support to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and reporting.
  • Work closely with the Helpdesk Manager to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Helpdesk experience, preferably in a facilities management environment.
  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry, document management, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
