Helpdesk Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Helpdesk Support Assistant to join our team at Apleona. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our engineers, contract managers, and clients.
Your primary duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and being the first point of contact for incoming calls
- Updating paperwork on both our system and the client's system
- Coordinating callouts, raising purchase orders, and chasing job reports
- Liaising with the client team to ensure proactive support of their requirements
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our facilities management services. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements- Good communication and numeracy skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of Word and Excel
- Experience in a similar environment
- Good attention to detail
- Experience in raising purchase orders
- Understanding of Health and Safety Legislation
- Knowledge of CAFM systems
- Experience in coordinating specialist sub-contractor visits
- Full training and support to ensure your success in the role
