Site Services Manager

Arla Foods is seeking a highly skilled Site Services Manager to join our Operations team at our Hatfield site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee staff and budget planning to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Assist in the development of functional strategies and the implementation of projects and concepts
  • Lead, coach, and develop facility team members to enhance performance and professional growth
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure continuous quality and cost efficiency
  • Manage the operation and maintenance of local locations and sites, including cleaning services, security measures, space management, maintenance tasks, service agreements, plant care, and external services
  • Oversee the CAPEX process, including idea generation, budget planning, and project management
