Facilities Support Coordinator - FM Service Provider

CBW is actively seeking a Facilities Support Coordinator to embrace a new opportunity within the Facilities Management sector. Our esteemed client is in search of a dedicated and driven professional to join their team.

Working Hours / Overview:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Shifts alternating
  • Office-based role
Main Duties:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to the facilities operations, ensuring all interactions are conducted with professionalism.
  • Monitor and manage the FM Helpdesk Inbox effectively.
  • Organize reactive and help desk service requests.
  • Initiate and conclude work orders.
  • Assess daily job requests and assign them to the appropriate Engineers.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices related to maintenance activities.
  • Assist the Office & Contract Managers in achieving departmental goals through administrative support.
  • Address any queries that may arise during operations.
  • Provide general administrative assistance.
  • Maintain daily communication and follow-ups.
  • Generate Corrective maintenance tasks based on completed Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities.
  • Coordinate daily responsibilities to ensure all essential tasks are accomplished.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Help Desk operations.
  • Background in Facilities Management.
  • Proficient in General Administration.
  • Familiarity with CAFM systems.
