Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Proclinical Staffing. As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the office buildings and equipment are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage corrective and preventive maintenance activities to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Manage small civils projects to ensure high-quality standards and assets are maintained.
  • Manage 3rd party contractors, reviewing and approving Contractor Induction, Risk Assessment, and Method Statements prior to any work being undertaken on site.
  • Assess and agree completion of work with contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements and building services standards.

Requirements:

  • Multi-skilled with electrical, mechanical, and/or air conditioning qualifications.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of building services and Health and Safety requirements.
  • Mechanical or electrical skills either through time-served apprenticeship or relevant experience with relevant practical experience.
