Project Support Administrator
Salary – £22,212 to £29,661 per annum (plus benefits)
Hours – 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

As a Project Support Administrator at FCC Environment, you will be responsible for overseeing, documenting, and distributing project opportunities and communications from procurement platforms and other sources. You will also provide essential administrative assistance to the Group Development function.

This role is a full-time position, requiring 5 days of work each week. However, we are open to considering job share requests to accommodate your lifestyle (working full days).

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide administrative support to members of the Group Development function (including Regional Development when applicable).
  • Be full-time and based at the FCC office.
  • Monitor external platforms, distribute project opportunities, and manage project communications as directed by the tendering team.
  • Assist in the creation of project delivery plans, tender proposals, and contract documentation, including pre-qualification processes.
  • Maintain development procedures and systems, ensuring they are always up-to-date.
  • Manage the Group Development databases for monthly and annual reporting purposes.
  • Oversee project and tender schedules.
  • Assist in preparing tender submissions and related documents.
  • Maintain the Group Development 'Sharepoint' pages.
  • Provide general administrative support for the Group Development function.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested from time to time.
